Contemporary yet casual interiors radiate a calming aesthetic. Jessica Jaegger redesigned this Miami residence for a young Brazilian family that envisioned a a design balancing city style with a natural lightness. Grey and natural tones from concrete to light French Oak coexist creating a chic color palette complemented by modern furnishings and sophisticated décor. The living room features curved and organic seating that flows through the length of the space. A custom shelving unit elegantly divides the living from the dining room that serves both as an entertainment center and feature wall. Jessica incorporated the client’s love for entertaining creating various areas to gather. A splash of green in the dining room adds pop to the cool palette. Jaegger utilized concrete pendants over the dining space where the glass dining table is flanked by two unique oak chairs. Continuing the overall theme into the primary bedroom, Jaegger’s design speaks to a youthful yet polished appeal. For the outdoor spaces, she introduced outdoor concrete tables adding consistency within the overall concept. In the terrace, Jaegger created a custom pergola along with an outdoor kitchen. The transition from the interior living spaces to the outdoor areas is incredibly seamless achieving high style in this tranquil redesign.
