This 5,000 sq. ft. apartment located the luxury condominium, Porto Vita in Aventura is currently being remodeled by Jaegger Interior Design encompassing a full demo, layout, and reconfiguration.

The overall look is a contemporary aesthetic in a natural color palette where organic tones, wood, stone, and metallic accents are complemented by beautiful architectural detailing from the custom millwork to the lighting design.

With an open floor plan, the living room is a spacious setting with ample seating from Poltrona Frau configured around a linear coffee table. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area brings a contrasting style with a round dining table surrounded by leather chairs in a rich cognac color with a hanging gold circular light fixture.

From the living room, one catches a glimpse of the bar through the custom wood wall panel where on the other side is an exposed wine cellar and intimate lounge. Gray matte, sleek cabinets, and marble detail prevail in the kitchen from Florense where two open cabinets offer moment to display curated décor. A marble backsplash from BKF will add a level of sophistication tying the open kitchen to the other areas of the residence.

Wooden walls will line the home office where marble accents create a striking juxtaposition in materials. Custom cabinetry with led lighting adds warmth and a soft glow. The sunset inspired primary bedroom exudes a variety of warm hues, emphasized by contrasting artwork and wallpaper from Twill & Texture. French oak floors balance the modern organic style

The primary bathroom is a spa-like experience, where wood and marble from BKF are again thoughtfully combined to create a relaxing ambiance where two chaises are paired adding a soft seating area.
