This South Beach condo captures a tranquil, hotel-like retreat for a New York couple. Jaegger opted for organic materials, layered textures, and a soft-sand palette to create a serene flow throughout the residence, complemented by 180-degree views of Biscayne Bay, Fisher Island, and the iconic Miami skyline. Upon entering, the foyer is wrapped in custom oak panelling cocooning the entrance where recessed lighting is built into the millwork.

The living room layers softness with a touch of romanticism, where curved forms soften the architecture with custom panels that diffuse natural light. The dining room serves as the focal point, with a beautiful oval table with fluted base and sculptural chairs beneath a branch-like fixture by Giopato & Coombes. The bar area pairs quartzite, bronze, and light oak for depth and contrast. In the primary bedroom, custom headboard extends into the architecture, complemented by textured wood panels.

Natural materials such as linen, wood, stone, and metal bring warmth and tactile richness while maintaining cohesion, with sculptural pieces sourced from StudioTwentySeven, Paolo Castelli, Meridiani, and B&B Italia. The result is a refined pied-à-terre that balances disciplined space planning with layered textures and understated elegance.
