Light oak millwork, sculptural furnishings, and a balanced palette of soft neutrals and stone create a dialogue between sophistication and ease. The open layout connects luminous social spaces with serene private rooms, each reflecting the family’s appreciation for design and comfort. The kitchen and dining areas embrace convivial living with tactile surfaces in Patagonia stone and Corten steel, while the primary suite evokes calm through layered textures, tailored woodwork, and subtle Japanese influences.

Outdoors, the pool terrace extends the home’s atmosphere of serenity to the water’s edge—a family retreat defined by texture, light, and timeless modernity.
